Patna High Court CWJC No.23789 of 2019(3) dt.08-04-2021 2/2 08-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that the matter with regard to approval of appointment of the petitioners is pending before the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board (hereinafter referred to as 'the Board') and as a result of indecisiveness on the part of the Board the petitioners are not getting salary despite allocation of fund for the schools in question.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Board to appropriately decide the claim of the petitioners for grant of approval of appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The payment of salary will depend upon the decision taken by the Board with regard to approval of appointment of the petitioners.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
