2. The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 324, 326, 307, 341, 342, 364, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In this case, petitioner has been declared absconder and thereafter, process of sections 82/83 Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against him to ensure his appearance in the Court.
