2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 80 (2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that he had married his daughter with co-accused Khushbur Rahman. The accused persons including these petitioners tortured and assaulted his daughter for dowry. On the date of occurrence, it is alleged that on the informant asking his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69134 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/3 daughter as to who had come, she disclosed that it was coaccused Khushbur Rahman. Subsequently, the dead body of his daughter was discovered near the tube-well. Informant states that it was co-accused Khushbur Rahman who had called his daughter near tube-well and killed her.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is sister-in-law (nand), petitioner no.3 is sister-in-law (gotni) and petitioner no.4 is brother-in-law of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation to kill the deceased is against co-accused Khushbur Rahman @ Khushbur Alam @ Khsbur who has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.06.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 255 of 2025. Petitioners are separate in mess and have got no concern with family affairs of the deceased. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the clean antecedent of these petitioners, husband of the deceased has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69134 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 3/3 within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 629 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023.
