Patna High Court CWJC No.15839 of 2023 dt.10-11-2023 2/2 Additional Chief Secretary, who will examine the service particulars of the petitioner and verify, as to whether, case of the petitioner is identical to Ashok Kumar Mahto (i.e. CWJC No.15189 of 2023 dated 06.11.2023) and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law with respect to entitlement of the petitioner for relief as prayed in the present writ petition.
