No. 49200 of 2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 13.12.2017 as on call nobody turned up for the petitioners.

It is submitted that on 13.12.2017 when the case was called out the petitioner's counsel had not come to the Court due to Sradh Karma of his grand mother. The Advocate Clerk of the counsel had requested another Advocate but he also could not appear while the case was called out.
