1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 28.07.2023 passed by the commissioner, saran, Division, Chapra in Anganbari Appeal Case No. 117/2019 whereby order contained in Memo No. 115, dated 10.09.2016 passed by the District Programme Officer, I.C.D.S, Saran has

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
