(i) For setting aside the order dated 22.06.2016 issued by the Chief Manager, LIC, Sitamarhi Branch whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been bona fide consumer holding a post of C.R.P.F. department and have made premium through cash regularly from November, 2016 due to sudden mental agony the department boarded out that the petitioner has entitled to get all ancillary benefits with interest.

(ii) For any other relief/reliefs as your Lordships may deem fit and proper.

2. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.2242 of 2017 dt.06-02-2018 submits that the present writ petition need not be pressed if the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Chief Manager, L.I.C. Branch, Sitamarhi, Code No. 533, Near Kiran Cinema Chauk, Near Lakhendai Bridge, Sitamarhi (Respondent No. 3) with a fresh representation for redressal of his grievances.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.

4. Having regard to the nature of the grievances and the stand of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Chief Manager, L.I.C. Branch, Sitamarhi, Code No. 533, Near Kiran Cinema Chauk, Near Lakhendai Bridge, Sitamarhi (Respondent No. 3) for redressal of his grievances. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously and preferably within a further period of eight weeks thereafter in accordance with law.
