Patna High Court MJC No.4028 of 2019(3) dt.17-04-2025 2/3 2227 of 2008, wherein this Court in paragraph 4 had passed the following order :

"4. Considering the statements made in para 7 to 10 of rejoinder to I.A. No. 5818 of 2017, which is quoted herein above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to issue revised Parcha in terms of Annexure-D dated 19.11.2018, if not already issued, within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and ensure handing over possession."

2. Opposite Party No.4 has filed the show cause, wherein, in paragraph No.6 it has been stated as under: "6. That in compliance of order passed by this Hon'ble Court, petitioner sent a representation dated 24.07.19 subsequently, necessary steps were taken and appropriate proceeding was initiated by the Circle Officer for modification in parcha. After following the due procedure, final order dated 10.01.2020 has been passed and file has been sent to competent authority. Subsequently, the DCLR, Patori and SDO, Patori vide order dated 27.01.2020 also approved the modified parcha."

3. On perusal of paragraph No.6 of the show cause

Patna High Court MJC No.4028 of 2019(3) dt.17-04-2025 3/3 filed by the Opposite Party No.4, I find that the order dated 6.5.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2227 of 2008 has been complied with by the Opposite Party No.4.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
