JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that vide order dated 5.4.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.13259 of 2018 prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected with a direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail but that order has not been communicated to the court concerned and as such he could not surrender and prayer for extension of time is made.

In view of the facts and circumstances, let petitioner surrender within a further period of four weeks from the receipt of this order. Rest part of the order shall remain intact. This application is disposed of.
