JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Banka (Barahat) P. S. Case No. 327 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation that while the informant was going to perform Nawaj, the petitioner and other accused persons pelted the stone upon him and he succumbed to the injuries.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is a lady and moreover, some of the witnesses during the investigation has stated that the deceased fell down due to some obstruction and received injuries on his head and he died. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63902 of 2019(4) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 above named, surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, on surrender, she will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka, in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.
