JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2018 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 112 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 325, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is of assault to the informant by Talwar, Garasa and Rod causing injury to the informant .
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioners and one of the co-accused having similar allegation has already been enlarged by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55770 of 2017,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65354 of 2018(2) dt.19-11-2018 2/2 whereas, the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 have been in custody since 04.06.2018 and petitioner no. 1 has been in custody since 27.08.2017.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 112 of 2017, subject to the condition that petitioners will cooperate in disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
