The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 264 of 2019, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur.

The accusation is that the petitioner got appointed on the post of Urdu teacher in primary school in the year 2006 on the basis of certificate of Molvi issued by the Jamia Rahmania Hamdia Pokhraira (Sharif), Sitamarhi, Bihar, but on verification, it was found that the said institution was not authorized to issue the said certificate.

No.70339 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
