The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mufasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No.351 of 2016 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 25(1-b) A and 26 of the arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol alongwith three live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Mufassil (Singhaul) P.S.
