The petitioner seeks bail in Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 247/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 324, 326, 504, 506, 307, 379, 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner gave stab blow to the informant causing injury on his left hand and leg.

Injury report is enclosed as Annexure-2 series, wherein doctor has found three injuries on the person of informant caused by hard and blunt substance. Out of three injuries, two injuries are found to be simple in nature and one injury is found to be grievous in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65566 of 2018 (2) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 247/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
