The case had been sent to the Mediation Committee earlier and the report of the Mediation Committee is kept at flag- 'M' from which it appears that the parties have resolved their dispute by process of mediation and the terms and conditions of the mediation is kept at flag-'M'.

In view of the said report, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below and on that date opposite party no. 2 shall also remain present in the case.

In the meantime, a copy of the mediation report be also sent to the court concerned and the court concerned will release the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7189 of 2017 (3) dt.20-04-2017 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to his own satisfaction on condition that petitioner and opposite party no. 2 shall abide by the terms and conditions fixed by the Patna High Court Mediation Committee and shall take steps, if any, is required for implementation of above terms and conditions.
