The petitioner seeks bail in Barabar Paryatan (Bishunganj) P.S. Case No. 51/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. As per written report, 21 live cartridges, one double barrel gun, one single barrel rifle and three country made pistols have been recovered from the straw house of the petitioner. Seizure-list is part of F.I.R., which bears the signature of petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in three other cases also.
In view of such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail of petitioner is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65604 of 2018 (2) dt.30-10-2018 2/2 rejected.
Petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
