2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2023 and there is recovery of 20 litres of country made liquor from his possession.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72746 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Darihat Police Station on the every Sunday. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
