1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC-20 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed as a Physical Trained Instructor on 29.04.1999 (Annexure-1) and accordingly gave his joining at Sri Shankar College, Sasaram, Rohtas on 03.05.1999 (Annexure-2). It is next submitted that the services of the petitioner was regularized vide Letter No. 976/Establishment/2023 dated 08.08.2023 (Annexure-3) issued by Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara. It is next submitted that while the case of the petitioner for confirmation of his services was pending consideration when a Notification No. 1264/Establishment/19 dated 07.05.2019 (Annexure-4) was issued by the University inviting application from all eligible PTIs and Librarians for promotion. It is submitted that the petitioner in terms

It is submitted that the application of the petitioner dated 27.05.2019 submitted before the Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara through the Principal of Sri Shankar College, Sasaram Rohtas for considering his case for promotion under Career Advancement Scheme is pending consideration.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that the writ application be disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of the University to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2019 within a time frame.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the instant writ application is disposed of.
