Petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No.C2/496 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 18 litres Nepali liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2018 having clean antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
