2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner killed informant's brother by causing gun shot injury. Post mortem report also reveals that deceased died of gun shot injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 31`.10.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the gravity of accusation as well as the materials collected during course of investigation, petition for bail of this petitioner is dismissed. Since, petitioner is in custody, let the trial be expedited and concluded preferably within a year.
