The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.35-C of 2017 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494, 323, 504 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that after eight years of marriage, the complaint has been filed under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and in reply to court question, the complainant has alleged that she is residing in her matrimonial home, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
