No. 9028 of 2021 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated period due to illness.

3. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the application is allowed and the time granted by order dated 20.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9028 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by six weeks from today.
