2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35857/2025.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 25.07.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35857 of 2025, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but due to inadvertently, in the said order-sheet, the name of the District mentioned in the address of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Gaya" in place of "Nawada", due to which, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish the bail bond before the Court below.

4. In view of the above, let the order dated 25.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35857 of 2025, the name of the District mentioned in the address of the petitioner of the aforesaid ordersheet, be read as "Nawada" in place of "Gaya" and the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bond/ surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 25.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35857 of 2025, is modified to the extent as indicated above.
