The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 548 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that in the morning of 20.11.2018, informant, Amarnath Singh, was working at his field. At that time, Ram Prvesh Singh and both petitioners reached there and claimed that the land is belonging to them. When the informant made protest then scuffle took place. In that course, Mandip Kumr, Anup Kumar, Raj Kumar, Ranjan Prasad and Raja Prasad having farsa, sword, knife, iron rod and lathi in their hand came

When Brajesh Kumar Singh, Dharmendra Singh, Alakh Nath Singh, Diwakar Singh and Amarnath Singh, family members of the informant, reached there and intervened in the matter, then, Ram Pravesh Singh, father of the petitioner gave sword blow at the head of Brajesh Kumar Singh. Thereafter, petitioner caused injury at the hand Dharmnath Singh through knife and Raja Prasad assaulted to him through lath causing injury at his right hand. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, occurrence took place due to land dispute, in which, petitioner's side also sustained injury, regarding which, Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 557 of 2018 is instituted on the basis of Fradbeyan of co-accused, Ram Pravesh Singh. Moreover, while the specific allegation is against the petitioner to cause injury through knife at the hand of Dharmnath Singh, but the injuries as found on the person of Dharmnath Singh are caused by hard and blunt substance. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond
