The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Udawant Nagar P.S. case no. 132 of 2009 instituted for the offence under Section 304 B of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioner no. 2 is the elder brother of the husband of the deceased and petitioner no. 1 is the wife of the elder brother of the husband of the deceased and the husband of the deceased is already in custody. From written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against both the petitioners Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11735 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Udawant Nagar P.S. case no. 132 of 2009, they will be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
