The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three motorcycle borne criminals were fleeing after snatching rupees one thousand from the pocket of the informant. Two of them were apprehended by the police and one escaped. The apprehended person disclosed the name of the petitioner as co-culprit.

Submission of the petitioner is that he has got no criminal antecedent and due to enmity with those persons, the petitioner has been named.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9683 of 2017 (3) dt.21-04-2017 2/2 arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Bhojpur at Ara/successor Court in connection with Agion (G) Police Station Case No. 110 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
