Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is nephew and petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law of deceased respectively. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and the husband of the deceased is in custody. They live separately as such they are no way concerned with the affairs of the deceased and her husband. Nothing incriminating has come against the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67520 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 during investigation to connect him with the alleged offence. Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Mohiuddinnagar Police Station Case No. 69/2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
