The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Allegedly, it is a case of recovery of illicit liquor from a Chailaha Gaushala.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he has no concern with the seized liquor and no any incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner as well as petitioner is in judicial custody since 17.10.2022.

The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No.II, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Excise P.S.
