2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 97 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have committed dacoity and have looted Rs. 50,000/- and ATM card/s etc.

4. The petitioners are in jail since 29.05.2024.

5. The name of the petitioners has been transpired in this case on the basis of self-inculpatory statement of the other co-accused and the looted materials have also been

6. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioners this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
