In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Patna Vigilance Case No. 53 of 2018 (Spl. Case No. 24 of 2018), registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 (a) of PC Act.

The petitioner is holding the post of Block Education Officer and for certain work, he has demanded the illegal money, but he was not ready to take money as he has apprehension that he would be trapped. Admittedly, the

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Vigilance P.S. (Patna) Case No. 53 of 2018 (Special Case No. 24 of 2018), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
