2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 982 of 2022 dated 12.08.2022, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that, she along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, under conspiracy, executed a forged sale deed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is a widow lady residing at her naihar (parental house). It is further stated that there is a land dispute between the informant and the petitioner

Learned counsel further submitted that other co-accused person namely, Chandan Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 04.08.2023 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21576 of 2023. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner has one criminal case against her.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 982 of 2022, she shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. XIV, Patna, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Khatim Reza, J) Sankalp/- U T
