2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 539 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
