2. In this case, provisional bail was granted to the petitioner on 05.02.2025 by a Co-ordinate Bench. The petitioner has provided two installments of Rs. 3,000/- each to the complainant namely, Sitara Khatoon and he has also undertaken to pay next installments by 7th of April, 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the complainant is present and he has got no objection to the above submissions.
