2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction upon the concerned authority i.e. L.A.RA. Gaya, to accept the petition to be filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits under the stipulated period as enshrined under Section 60 (4) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on

Patna High Court CWJC No.15802 of 2023(2) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner wants to file an application before the L.A.R.A., Gaya, under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

4. In view of the limited nature of prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before L.A.R.A., Gaya, under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

5. In the event the petitioner files his representation/application before L.A.R.A., Gaya, along with a copy of this order, within a period of six weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months thereafter.
