Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with C. No. 2562 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner and other family members is of demanding Apachi motorcycle and Rs. 50,000/- for starting business as dowry and due to non-fulfillment of dowry they torturing her also and tried to oust her from the house.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67012 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is husband of opposite party no.2 and he is ready to keep his wife with honour and dignity. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.08.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IXth, Saran at Chapra, in connection with C. No. 2562 of 2016, T.R. No. 1650 of 2017.
