The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 448, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Guli Nut and the petitioner are alleged to have assaulted Binod Kumar Nut, Shivpati Devi and Rubi Devi. It is submitted that there is no injury on the person of Shivpati Devi, and Binod Kumar Nut and Rubi Devi got simple injury on their head.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 01.08.2016, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge,
