The petitioners seek bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 406 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that First Information Report is against unknown. During investigation it has come that one stolen Mobile was used by a SIM card issued in the name of petitioner No. 2. Counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners have purchased the aforesaid Mobile with valid receipt.

Petitioner No. 1 is sister of petitioner No. 2. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66940 of 2018 (2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 406 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
