Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 366 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. before the police would reveal that the matter is of love affair with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheohar/Successor Court, in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case

No.11282 of 2017 (4) dt.18-04-2017 No.168 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
