Petitioners seek bail in Bihta P.S. Case No.884 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 401, 414/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were apprehended by the police merely on suspicion. They have clean antecedents. Petitioners are in custody since 07.08.2018. The charge-sheet has, now, been submitted against the petitioners.

In the written report, it is alleged that on suspicion police arrested these petitioners and on search several ATM and Debit Cards were recovered.
