Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 481 of 2018 corresponding to Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 523 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against petitioner is recovery of 29 liters of country made liquor from the car of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case by the police on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.09.2018.

Singh, learned Special Judge (Excise) at Saharsa, in connection with Special (Excise ) Case No. 481 of 2018 corresponding to Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 523 of 2018.
