JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sikti (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 436, 427, 504 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report.

In the First Information Report it is alleged that Lotan Yadav caused injury to Binod Yadav (Dewar of the informant) with Axe (Kulhari) on his head, on account of which, he died on the spot. Petitioner has been made accused because she is wife of Lotan Yadav.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 20.05.2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Sikti (Bardaha) P.S.
