2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 874 of 2022 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is involved in looting the goods from the truck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to his criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 09.05.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72796 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 874 of 2022.

6. The petitioner will visit Sugauli Police Station on the every Sunday. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
