2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54317 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that provisional anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner by order dated 30.8.2019, one of the conditions for which required him to make payment of the amount demanded on provisional assessment within a period of two weeks. It is submitted that the requisite payment could not be made within the stipulated time, inasmuch as the order of this Court was not uploaded until

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67819 of 2019(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 expiry of the stipulated time.

4. Having regard to the above, the time of making payment of the amount demanded upon provisional assessment is hereby extended by a period of two weeks from today. Further, the period for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is also extended by a period of four weeks from today.
