2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 261 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. Recovery is of 420 litres of spirit.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 2.9.23.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72842 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-I, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 261 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Harsidhi Police Station on the first and last Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
