Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rail Darbhanga (G.R.P.) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 (G.R. No. 16 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged theft of his vehicle from Darbhanga station by unknown thieves.

It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner, The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Anubhav Kumar Jha. Petitioner is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68326 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 custody since 09.02.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Rly. Samastipur, in connection with Rail Darbhanga (G.R.P. Darbhanga) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 (G.R. No. 16 of 2018).
