The petitioner by filing this writ petition seeks quashing the order dated 16.02.2017 passed in Land Settlement Case No.01 of 2011-12 and 02 of 2016-17 by which the respondent authority settled the government land in favour of

Patna High Court CWJC No.23376 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 respondent nos.7 and 12 during pendency of the land encroachment case.

After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the appropriate authority against the order of settlement made in favour of Most. Ram Laddu Devi and Raj Kumar Sah.

Prayer is allowed.

This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the appropriate authority against the order of settlement made in favour of Most.
