2. The present Cr. Misc. application has been filed for extension of time for furnishing the bail bond in connection with the anticipatory bail granted in Cr. Misc. No. 51006 of 2025, dated 11.08.2025 (arising out of Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 675 of 2023).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner fell ill and, therefore, could not furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time. He further submits that, in future, such mistake shall not take place.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, four weeks' further time is hereby granted to the petitioner for furnishing the bail bond, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Advocates' Association, Patna High Court.

6. It is made clear that the said period of four weeks shall be counted from today.

7. Accordingly, the present Cr. Misc. Application is hereby allowed.
