2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 498A, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, marriage of the daughter of informant was solemnized with this petitioner in the year 2018. Thereafter, it is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons killed the daughter of informant on 2.7.2019, due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, deceased herself committed suicide as she was suffering from Tuberculosis. At the time of alleged occurrence, petitioner was in Surat, where he is serving in private company. He further

5. Considering the fact that petitioner is husband of the deceased who died in her matrimonial house in unnatural circumstances within seven years of marriage, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
