JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70804 of 2021. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that Dilsad Ali petitioner no. 2 was arrested on 19.06.2022 before disposal of this anticipatory bail petition, but due to mistake of the counsel for petitioner, it could not be pointed out that before hearing of the case, petitioner no. 2 has already been arrested. In that view of the matter, Cr. Misc. No. 70804 of 2021 has become infructuous with respect to Dilsad Ali petitioner no. 2.

This modification application is accordingly, allowed to the extent as indicated above.
