====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 401, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the written report it is alleged that Md. Nazruddin @ Raju has been apprehended by the police along with Motorcycle. He disclosed the name of this petitioner as a person who has managed to run away.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of any article from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Md. Nazruddin @ Raju has been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 4.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67789 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 52093 of 2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S.
